FAQ and Troubleshooting: Helping you get the most our of your wash.

There are a few different ways that we can help you fix this before you call us:

  • Try pressing the REJECT button multiple times.
  • Pay with your card.

The machine is flooding!

If it is running out the door:

  1. Press emergency STOP.
  2. Push all the items in further ensuring nothing can get caught in the door.
  3. Close door and press START.

If it is coming from the top or the rear:

  • You may have added too much soap.
  • Please follow the advised instructions for the soap amount.
  • Do NOT add soap if it is provided automatically.

My machine won't start?

If you are using coins:

  • Check you have added the correct amount.
  • Ensure that they are Australian coins.

If you’re paying by card:

  • Make sure the credit card payment has been authorised on the reader, not just on your phone.

Check the machine is set up right:

  • Ensure the door is closed correctly.
  • Select the Temperature.
  • Press START.

My dryer isn't working?

Were your clothes dripping wet when you put them in?

  • They need to be spun dry in a washing machine first – dripping clothes will NOT dry.

Check the machine is set up right:

  • Is the machine overloaded? Try breaking down into multiple dryers.
  • Set the dryer on HIGH.
  • Ensure that the door is closed correctly.
  • When making payment, make sure that you pay for the correct machine.
