- There are a few different ways that we can help you fix this before you call us:
- Try pressing the reject button several times
- Pay with your card
Is your machine flooding?
- If it Is running out the door. Press emergency stop. Push all the items in further ensuring nothing can get caught in the door. Close door and press start
- If it is coming from the top or the rear, you may have added too much soap. Please follow the advised instructions for the soap amount. Do not add if it is provided automatically
My machine won't start?
- If you are using coins ensure you have added the right amount and that they are Australian.
- Make sure the credit card payment has been authorized on reader not just on your phone.
- Make sure the door is closed correctly.
- Select the temperature.
- Make sure you press start.
My Dryer isn't working?
- Were your clothes dripping wet when you put them in? They need to be spun dry (dripping clothes will not dry)
- Make sure the dryer is set on high
- Overloaded machine, try breaking down into multiple dryers.
- Make sure that the door is closed properly.
- When making payment, make sure that you pay for the correct machine.
